Check your user manual to see if your machine can withstand a shock reboot - that will reset the machine to factory default including your stitches. You may lose anything you've specially set but the shock reboot should free up your stitch functions.
If your manual specifically advises against shock reboots, you are going to have to take the machine to a factory trained repair tech.
