My Janome 6600 dog feeds are stuck in the low position and will not come back up. What can I do to fix it myself. I cannot get anyone to even look at it for over 6 weeks and need it for my business.

Assuming you've used the troubleshooting pages of your manual and haven't been able to sort the problem, have you tried a shock reboot? It's not something repair techs recommend but in a pinch it may be something that works.
You turn on the machine and let it sit for a few minutes then pull the plug from the power point at the mains (wall outlet) while the machine is still on.
Wait five minutes then reconnect the machine to the power point. You will have to turn the machine on at the machine on/off switch - it should return to the default position, and you can reset everything to start stitching again.
I do vintage machine repair here in Scotland and avoid the computerised moderns like yours because it takes such specialised knowledge and very expensive tools and manuals to service these machines. Vintage are easier:) All that said, the shock reboot usually gets an embroidery-quilter like yours back to work.
Good luck, I hope things work out for you!
