Our Janome Memory Craft 10000 is locked up. I believe the bobbin assembly needs to be blown out. How do I do that?

'Blown out' is a very bad idea - using canned air will only push the debris further into the machine.
Instead, follow the instructions in your user guide to clean the bobbin area properly (including the actual case). If you don't have the manual, you can download a free pdf from the Janome site.
