Supplies:
- 1 jar
- enough ribbon to go around the jar - I used 2 1/2 inch wide ribbon.
- sticky back velcro
- scissors
Steps:
- Cut ribbon to go around the jar plus 1 1/2 inches.
- Apply self adhesive Velcro. (If you have never used this product, there will be directions on the package.)
- Attach cuff.
- Now you are ready to fill the jar.
