Jazz is a toy poodle and quite small at 5.5 lbs.
How and when did you get your pet?
I was going thru a difficult time in my senior life when I needed a companion, and Jazz fit the bill. She is so playful, and fun she just makes me laugh, which is the best medicine ever! The shelters just had large breed dogs, and I needed a small one; I would just have to wait. I was in a new mall and I had no idea there was a pet store, and she was in the window. I knew it was love at first sight or both of us.
What does your pet like to do for fun?
We go for walks first thing in the morning. It gets me up and about. Jazz loves to play catch. We have several small pre-owned Beany Baby animals, and I toss them across the room and she retrieves them, and then I throw another. She loves kids and company. Any one who visits gets the royal greeting from Jazz.
Do you have anything else to share about your pet?
Everyone loves Jazz, she just radiates happiness, her little stub tail just flutters when she greets anyone, and even strangers just comment your puppy is just so cute, and friendly! Ahhhhhh! And then she prances back to me with that happy smile that says I just made someones day special! This is a photo of her dressed in her maroon scarf for an Easter picnic.
