You do not say if this is to be used locally as store name or if you plan to go online and use a registered domain.
There could be a hugh difference in what name you can use - legally.
Here are some names that a domain is available:
BlingBlingJewelryBox.com
RealHipHopJewelry.com
If local business only then you can check in your city/county (better to check state) for any name you wish to use. As long as you are not competing with online stores you can usually use the name but it should still be registered in your area. We have several stores that use similar names to big online businesses but have no problems - their names are not used online.
Contact information must not be the same as the 'big business name" but under a different ID.
These names are all registered domains but may be available for a small local store.

Be very careful when choosing a name and make sure you can legally use before making any final decisions.
So are you opening a store front? Doing online sales? Are you selling for one of those multi level marketing jewelry companies? Where are you located? I love naming businesses, but sometimes I little more info on the intent to help.
One of the main reasons I ask, is because if it is for one of those multi level companies, that presents a whole new set of restrictions.
