Jim's Cowboy Cat Head Biscuits

Simple biscuits made the way they have been as long as there has been American cowboys, using the least effort necessary. Made using nothing but self-rising flour, lard and milk or other liquid. They come out the shape of a cat's head, thus the name.

Ingredients:

2 cups self-rising flour
1/2 cup lard
1 Tbsp sugar
1 cup milk, water or other liquid

Steps:

Stir up the dough on newspaper so cleanup is simple.
Roll the dough into a skillet and cut one biscuits with a glass (called the cook's biscuit) and eight around a spatula.
Bake at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes.
