I see you posted back with more info! That is great! You are very young and that is going to be a challenge as there are laws (at least in the US) about the kind of work you can do and the permissions you will need to do them.

I suggest if you are in the US that you and your parent/guardian contact your small business development center and talk about opportunities available to youth in your community. They are an amazing resource and much of the service is FREE!! Your parents/guardian paid for it through taxes!

With your parent(s)/guardian you may be able to start an online business selling something you make--like a craft or product you make--candles, soaps, tee shirts you design, etc. on Etsy or eBay or even your own WordPress or SquareSpace or Wix site.

Depending on the rules of your area, if you had access to a commercial kitchen, maybe you could start a baking business selling at farm markets. There are lots of rules around food so the small business development center can help you with this!

There are children (who with their parents/guardians) start small social media influencer business and at first earn products, but eventually if your influencer status grows, you can earn money and even eventually move into a career (like modeling, or music, or video making) depending on what you "influence" on or about--this can be everything from a restaurant to a food item to a shoe to jewelry to toys to clothing brands and so on--it is a very large market of possibilities.

If you sing or play an instrument, you could start a YouTube channel with your parents and eventually those can earn money--either playing your own tunes or teaching someone else how to play, for example.

Two most important take aways--you need your parent/parents/guardian to help and you may want to seek help with government resources like the Small Business Development Center!

Blessings in your ventures!! Post back how things go for you!

When I was about 12, I raked leaves, I walked dogs, I vacuumed and washed people's cars at their homes, I swept garage floors, sidewalks and driveways, and I borrowed craft books from the library and found lots of easy crafts I could do and then sell.
The craft things I made, I would load up in a wagon and go door-to-door to sell.
Even with COVID today, you could still go to homes, ring the bell or knock, then step back to talk to and show people what you are selling. Take a small basket that you can set down, then step back again and let your customers put their money in the basket...that way nobody is touching each other. You can either let the customer take their purchased item(s) from the wagon, or set it on the step/porch for them...always keeping at least 6 feet between each other....and of course you should wear a mask AND carry hand sanitizer to use after each stop.

Age is a difficult factor when finding a job especially if you live in the US there are some laws that need to be followed. At 12 years old I would do odd jobs in my neighborhood to earn a few dollars here and there. These jobs included cleaning yards, pulling weeds, walking dogs, and running to the store to pick up some odds and ends for my elderly neighbors. I am not sure if you live close to a market or not and could do this to earn some money. At 13 I was able to deliver papers twice a week to earn money.

If you are handy and can make some cute crafts you can try selling these. My younger brothers made a lot of money when they were your age selling lemonade on the street. My granddaughter decided to take all the old coffee mugs that my mother had accumulated over the years and could not sell them at a garage sale and sell them with cups of coffee to people walking by. She sold them a cup of coffee with the mug for $1.

It sounds like you are younger and looking for a parttime job you can do after school or on the weekends. I know it is harder to work right now but there are still some companies that are hiring people for seasonal work. Just keep in mind that when you do obtain a job you will be required to wear a mask during your working hours. I have seen many people posting help wanted signs on Facebook to tell people who are hiring. I would check in your local area and look around for some help wanted signs. If this is your first job it may take a little longer to find a job. Try looking for jobs from Home Depot they are always hiring people, Target is also a good place to obtain a job. You can also check some clothing stores or even supermarkets.
