My mower won't start. It turns over, but will only start with starting fluid. I have replaced the carb, battery, spark plug, fuel pump, and fuel filter. I cleaned the fuel lines from filter to gas tank. The new carb came with a new carb solenoid. I drained the oil and replaced the oil filter. What else can I do?
