My JD LA100 was running fine. The blade engagement lever broke and it kept running until I drove it around to the garage and shut it off. I replaced the lever and now it won't even click to turn over. Battery is good, I bypassed all the safety switches to maybe isolate one as bad, no luck. Any ideas?

Maybe a part that is attached to the engagement lever also needs to be repaired.
