I own a John Deere e130 with 15 hours since new. It cranks, but won't start. The fuel filter and air filter are both clean and look like new. The fuel filter filled as it should, but seems it's not getting fuel though.

Since you just purchased this mower there is a guarantee that they should honor. If you try to fix this yourself it can void your warranty. I would call the company you purchased this from and have them come take a look at the mower. Maybe it is a simple fix that they can do at your home. You may need to take it back to the shop where you bought it from.
Before you do anything, check your warranty. You may void it if you try to do repairs yourself
If new, contact retailer on this matter!
Did you take this back to the shop where you got it and what did they say? Taking on any repairs in a new item is going to invalidate the warranty.
Post back what they tell you. I hope it was an easy fix or they found an issue and did a total replacement.
