After sitting for the winter, my mower will do nothing! It was stored in the garage. It makes a clicking noise like it wants to start, but nothing. I've charged and jumped it off or tried to, I changed the spark plugs, checked fuses, and some switch I want to say, but am not sure. I'm at a loss!! It's still a really good mower at only going on 3 summers. Any suggestions?

Sounds like your battery took a beating. You would have to start with a new battery ,because the old one is not holding the charge. This lawn mower has given you good work, now it's time to give battery back!
Probably needs a new battery as these just do not last very long. You can take it to an auto parts store and ask them to check it for you. You do not have to buy your battery from them. Walmart will usually check it for you also.
If you left gas in your mower then you will need to drain the old gas and replace it with fresh gas as just trying to crank your mower will run sludge all through the carburetor and foul up everything.
You may need some carburetor cleaner and some starter spray to get it going the first time since you have already tried to start it.
Sometimes a solenoid goes bad but you should start with your battery and go from there.
