How and when did you get your pet?
Juju was 13 when I got her on May 2, 2012 from a client that taking her to the pound because she was moving into an apartment and pets were not allowed.
What does your pet like to do for fun?
She has several toys she plays with. She also likes to run away in the yard and bark at the neighbor's big dogs through the fence. She even likes playing in the snow!
Do you have anything else to share about your pet?
Juju is in great condition for her age. Her vet can't believe how well she's doing. Her heart is fine, vision and hearing are fine. Her teeth aren't so great and she has a bit of arthritis at 19, but she can still jump upon the couch and climb a few stairs with no problem. After I got her I took in for a check up. She had seven teeth pulled, a hernia repaired, was spayed, and given several vaccinations. The vet said with her being 13 yrs old at the time and needing serious dental work, and abdominal hernia repaired and spaying, she probably would have been put down if she had been taken to the pound. No one can believe her age as she's till pretty agile and spry. She recently chased a delivery guy down the driveway who was afraid of a seven pound dog.

I commend you for taking a dog that old to start with. This shows that good deeds are their own rewards. She's adorable.
