The short answer is, you don't. When I was younger I used to get mad at the "cow" birds for coming to my big feeder and eating, until one day I realized who the heck do I think I am if these birds were the color of parrots I would be relishing in having them here. The fact is we shouldn't discriminate against birds anymore then people. We would never offer food to people in need based only on looks and personality. Hungry is hungry. Read up on your pesty friends and learn about their quirks. Soon you will be as interested in them as you are the rest.
Wtf are you babbling about? Its not because They're Black! They are a pain in the ass. They get on the patio and shit everywhere. They eat the dogs food. Other birds dont do that. They steal the nesting material other birds work hard to gather and use it for their own.
To keep the bird food for the birds and not the squirrel I got a really squirrel proof feeder. However this feeder has small ports. No blue Jays, No woodpeckers of any size. Today as I watched the many sparrows and finches flockng to my feeders I had an epiphany. I am not even keep a list of visitors. I just watch birds and the way the live their lives. Not for everybody. But during migration I'll get lots of different birds of colors and size. And so it goes. Every birder sets of feeders for different reasons. I do always enjoy the questions that don't exactly pertain to me. It's a community practice after all.
