Keeping New Year's Resolutions

My tip for keeping my resolutions is to keep them realistic. Like losing weight, the resolution is to slowly and healthily lose some weight. Or to make resolutions that are extremely important to you. Such as to grow spiritually, to be more generous with time and material goods. A resolution to grow as a person, is the best resolution to make today!
