I'm having a problem with all my tile falling off the ceiling and I don't know what to do because I'm not able to hire someone to do the job. Does anyone know what I can nail up there to keep them from falling?

It depends on the type of ceiling tile and the type of ceiling, really. You could use anything from ceiling clips to ceiling adhesive, all available at places like Home Depot or Amazon.com
I believe you are probably talking about the 12 x 12 ceiling tiles that have been used in older homes and offices. You most likely have some sort of "runner" that hold the tiles in place and if these runners are falling it will be very difficult to repair.
Yes I get government assistance and I really don't know who could help me where I live theirs no help and it's hard to get someone unless you got money. Here's a pictures of the tile it's been raining here a lot so I had a few leaks
it would be good to know what you mean by 'tiles', I have to assume you mean some sort of insulation or what they call acoustic tiles
usually with those there's a metal frame that holds them in place. if that frame is absent, then you can either purchase some or purchase yard sticks and lay them on top of the tiles, on the edges, to hold them in place
I think they fell off because of the leaks. Take the tiles to Home Depot. They are helpful there and can give you advice on how to fix
