My bath tub is fiberglass and the shower curtain blows in while I am in the shower. How can I keep it from doing that?

Sew some fishing weights on the inside hem. It will keep it weighted down.
You could use clothespins or the clips for potato chip bags to weigh the curtain down.
We had a similar problem some time back and my son bought some heavy round washers (available at Walmart, Home Depot, any hardware store) and used Gorilla glue to glue several across the bottom of the shower curtain. These can be glued on the inside or outside bottom and they do not look bad.

thank you I appreciate your help, I have the washers just need to get the glue or hit the lottery lol
just put water on the wall and press curtain to wall curtain will not blow in
I had that problem too and it drove me crazy until I set a large bottle of shampoo on the shower curtain on the edge of the bathtub. It keeps it in place and just remove when done and drain the little bit of water that catches on it and no problems.
