You may have ice build up. You would have to remove the ice maker and rinse it off and dry it. If that doesnt work you would have to call for servicing.
There are tons of YouTube videos on troubleshooting (which sadly means there are tons of people with the same issue. Here is just one of them:

Post back if you get it to work through a video and which one helped the best so future folks can follow your lead!
Hope it is a quick and easy fix!!
If you provide the model number, you may find closer searches online for a solution. You can also type your make/model on YouTube with your issue and hopefully find a useful tutorial for you.
You could also check your receipt or call to see if this is something that would be under warranty still (if this is fridge is relatively new)
There could be several reasons why this is happening and one could be the age of your refrigerator.
Is this your own or are you renting? If renting then you should call our landlord and let them do the repairs.
There is a lot of information on the Internet about this problem (YouTube and instructions) but it may help if you use your model number along with Kenmore when searching for remedies.
Different models may have some similarities so you may be able to find something that you can use.
There are several things that could cause this so you may have to try each one until you find your problem.
I feel sure you are going to need parts so you might want to contact your local Sears Service Center and see if they can help you figure out what part you need.
They are usually very helpful (although they will definitely try to get you to let their serviceman check it out for you - service calls can be very expensive).
Sears has many 'help' videos so they may show you how to find one on this type of repair. They can order whatever parts you need and instruction on how to install will be in box with parts.
