Does anyone have any keto recipes and would like to share?
I personally feel that it is difficult to suggest recipes for another person/family unless you know certain things about that person; such as; size of family / some of their food likes and dislikes / financial standing to some degree (not all families can afford fresh wild salmon for a family of 4) / what kitchen appliances are available (not all families have an Instant Pot) / is this a working person that needs easy and quick recipes?
The keto diet has reached an all time high for diets as the requirements are not as rigid as many diets from the past and most people can adjust to giving up a lot of carbs - but; it does take time and some trouble to get used to fixing and eating only keto approved foods.
There are so many keto recipes available on just Google that almost anyone can find them, but; it takes a lot of researching many recipes sites to find if the ingredients/recipes suit you and your family.
This is an interesting site if you are fairly new to the Keto diet as it has a lot of information that is not usually found about keto on other sites.

I, personally, love casseroles so this is one of my favorites sites as most of these recipes use the kind of foods I normally keep available.

I am head over heels in love with this low carb pizza. The crust is made of three ingredients: ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, and an egg. It tastes just like pizza!
I'm not on a keto (low carb) diet but a lot of my friends are so I put this appetizer together to make them love me. It worked! These are so juicy and delicious. I used lean ground turkey meat here, but you can use beef. If you don't care too much about keeping it low carb, you can add a couple tablespoons of breadcrumbs. This is a very, moist mixture, but I love it this way!
I have so many friends on ketogenic diets. I'm always experimenting with ingredients to come up with low-carb meals for them. This keto-friendly recipe is so good, you don't have to be on a low-carb regime to appreciate it. Crushed pork rinds and garlic powder are used as the breading for these shrimp, and they are baked in the oven, not fried.
This is an awesome rendition of cheesy breadsticks. It contains no flour whatsoever so it is keto/low-carb friendly and super yummy. I pulsed 10 ounces of leftover rotisserie chicken for this recipe, but you can use canned cooked chicken, too.
Using only healthy ingredients, this easy (and keto friendly) recipe is a perfect and easy snack for the whole family! Just melt, mix, cool and ENJOY!
I made these bread for a friend who is on a strict keto diet that's to help with a certain ailment. The flour that you'd usually find in this bread has been replaced with Parmesan cheese, and you'd almost never know it.
When you are restricting carbs but need a savory snack, try this easy and tasty cheddar cheese cracker, with or without any optional spices (although the one with Italian seasonings tastes like thin crust pizza to me!)
Portabello mushrooms are a very versatile fungi for cooking and can even be used to make little mini pizzas. Here's how to make portobello mushroom personal pizzas.
