I don't usually care much for beans, but this is really good. Think I like the sweet pickles in this recipe.
Ingredients:
- 1 can kidney beans
- 3 sweet pickles, chopped fine
- 1 cup celery, chopped fine
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 whole egg, slightly beaten
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and bring to a boil. Serve either hot or cold.
