We just installed rustic hickory cabinets, and we have a tile floor that is a mix of blue and tan. I also have brown and black speckled countertops. What color do we paint the walls?

You might go with a light blue, but I think that is too cool for a kitchen. A pale sunny yellow might look nice, and then use print curtains, placemats, etc in prints of yellow, blue, and browns. You might go with a sunflower theme, or emplasize the blue more with dark blue cookie jar, blue daisies, or something like that.
