My countertops and appliances are white and my are cabinets black. What color should I paint the walls? I don't want to paint them white.

You can paint them just about any colour you like. I'd go with a pale yellow, or maybe some shade of green. I'm not a fan of blue in kitchens, as it is a cool colour, and not what I think of when I think of kitchens, but that's just me. If yours is a very modern house, you might go with some shade of grey, if you like that sort of look.
