(Excuse my clutter, lol.) Anywho! I have an apartment living room/kitchen color flow dilemma. For sure, I want to paint my living room a turquoise color with white molding. However, I'm stuck between 3 preferred options for color flow: 1.) turquoise & wine red? 2.) turquoise & grey? 3.) turquoise & turquoise? And if anyone can think of a good color flow from turquoise to what ever, please let me know. I'm open for two tone colors as well. Oh, I also need advice on color for my cabinets as well.

It sounds like you love bold, brilliant colors, I suggest you think of beautiful peacock or parrot feathers when choosing a color. Look at a picture of one of these birds to see how beautifully certain shades of green, coral and yellow complement turquoise.
Turquoise and gold would be lovely. You could then add burgundy accents around :)
Turquoise and silver or gray would be another option
So if you are doing the living room in turquoise and white, why not do the kitchen in white (cabinets) and turquoise back splash and a light, light gray wall.
You could use pops cobalt blue and yellow to give it zing!!!
