What do I do? My 7 week old kitten will not use the litter box. I have tried everything.

I'm no expert in this area, but the thought that comes to mind is: Change what the box is filled with, i.e. use shredded newspaper; sand; change brand/type of litter. Hope you find success!
7 weeks old is a little too young to be completely litterbox trained. Cats learn this behavior from their mothers, though it is also partly instinctive.Try this: Pick up one of his poops and put it in the box. Use a fine litter such as Precious Cat to start out with. Put the kitten in the box. Gently take his front paw and do a covering motion.
Once he's done a little scratching, finish covering the poop with the scooper. Let him smell the spot. Take him to the box frequently throughout the day. It's okay if he just plays in it at first. You have to trigger the instinctive covering behavior that's already in his brain.
