Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 30-35 minutes
Total Time: 40-45 minutes
Yield: I used 6 lbs of wings (varies depending how you are serving these)
Ingredients:
- 6 lb chicken wings
- 3-4 cloves diced garlic
- 1 1/2 Tbsp diced ginger
- 1/3 cup Gochujang paste (Korean red chili pepper paste)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/8 cup soy sauce
- 1/8 cup water
- 1 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
- dash salt & pepper
- 3 Tbsp sesame oil
Steps:
- Dice garlic and ginger.
- In a zip loc bag add all ingredients in (besides chicken wings). Seal bag and give it a good gently shake to mix.
- Add chicken wings into bag and shake around to coat chicken wings. Marinate in the fridge for an hour.
- Ready to grill. You want to flip every 10-12 minutes until chicken is 165 degrees F.
