Brown and drain meat. Drain sauerkraut and cut with scissors in small pieces; add to meat. Add oregano and soup mixture. Make up hot roll mix; do not allow it to rise.
Roll out to 8 inches wide and 16 inches long. Cut into 4 inch squares. Put mixture in center of squares; pull up sides and seal. Bake in oven at 350 degrees F until brown, approximately 30 minutes.
