We built this house last year. We had Quick Step laminated flooring put in, but from the day we moved in and still 7 months later we can't get these floors clean. There are what looks like a lot of smudge marks and imbedded stains. Quick Step laminated flooring won't help.

You might have used detergent on the floors, which attracts more dirt. Get a special laminate cleaner. The manufacturer usually has recommendations.
Thanks for that, we didn't use detergent we followed everything that we were supposed to, quick step flooring, premium floors gave us there product with a special mop, yet still it hasn't changed..
