To qualify You must show yearly earnings are less than $40,000 or show a EBT card or prove you receive Medicaid, SSI, TANF, GA-U, DSHS support, free or reduced school lunches or a nonprofit EIN number.

You can also put an ad on Freecycle or Craigslist.
I complete my graduation degree and want to continue my masters.. but for that i really need a laptop but therefore i am student and have no more money to buy it..please give me a laptop
