We have a simplified version that we had each Sunday for lunch when my daughter was little.
1 - Refried beans spread on a plate for each of us
2 - Sour cream with taco seasoning mixed in.
3 - Grated cheese
Optional - any other taco toppings you have.
Serve one plate to each person, with tortilla chips or a spoon. My hubby likes to warm his so the cheese is melted.
