Ingredients
- Whatever leftover mashed potatoes you have (at least 2 cups)
- milk
- chicken broth or vegetable stock (water if you don't have these)
- stick butter or oleo
- celery salt
- shredded cheese to garnish
Directions
In a large pot, mix potatoes with the following ratios. To every two cups of leftover mashed potatoes, add 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 cup broth/stock/juice, 1/2 stick butter/oleo, 1 tsp. celery salt, dash of pepper. Heat through, stirring until creamy. Serve hot with shredded cheese on top.
My kids LOVE this meal. The trick is having leftover mashed potatoes, sometimes that part is hard!

Sounds delicious! I'm going to add some cooked ham or bacon, minced green pepper, and canned mushrooms and make it into a light meal.
