Leftover Turkey NachosUsing up your leftover turkey, or any other meat, in a big baked platter of nachos is a surefire way to keep a crowd happy. This dish is so easy to put together and makes for a great party platter. It even works great served as a main course.

Steps:

  1. Preheat oven to 450 F. Shred the turkey meat by pulling it apart with 2 forks. Squeeze on juice from half the lime. Set aside.

  3. Heat some oil in a large nonstick pan over medium heat. Add the bell peppers and half the chopped onions. Cook until softened, a few minutes.

  5. Add minced garlic and all the spices. Keep stirring to toast the spices for about a minute.

  7. Add the shredded turkey to the pan and sprinkle with a bit of salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything until well coated with spices. Remove from heat.
