Lemon Bread

Ingredients:

• 4 eggs, slightly beaten
• 1 pkg. lemon cake mix
• 1 cup water
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil

• 1 small lemon instant pudding

Directions:

Beat all of the above ingredients for 4 minutes. Spray and bake in 2 loaf pans. Bake at 350 F for 40-45 minutes.
