Ingredients:
- 1 lb carrots
- 1 Tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tsp grated lemon peel
- 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1 dash salt
- 2 Tbsp butter
Steps:
- Peel and slice carrots.
- Cook carrots in a little bit of salted water until tender.
- While the carrots are cooking, combine remaining ingredients in a small skillet and bring to a boil. Drain the carrots. Pour skillet mixture over hot carrots and mix lightly.
