Last night, I dyed my hair pink and blue. Well, the blue is ok but the pink is fuchsia. How can I make it more of a pastel pink without losing the colors?

I feel sure there is no way to lighten just 'spots/strips' of your hair - but - a hair stylist may be able to help you.
Is there a beauty school in your area (Google with your zip code)?
If so, the instructor may be able to help you.
If you try to do this yourself you may not like how it turns out anymore than you like the fuchsia.
Shampoos will lighten all of your hair colors even if you just use regular shampoo but remember, all of this is harsh on your hair and could cause more serious problems than too deep a color.
Try to wash your hair with anti-dandruff shampoo. The more you wash it, the faster the pink dye will fade. You can do it daily, and youll notice that, in four or five washes, your pink color will fade. Anti-dandruff shampoo is the shampoo that contains the most sulfates. Sulfates remove not only dirt from hair, but dye pigments too.
If youre not in that much of a hurry, then just wait. It will fade in three to four weeks as you wash your hair.
Anti-dandruff shampoo will tone down the color (unfortunately, the blue as well) more quickly than other shampoos.
Contact a professional stylist on this. This is a chance you take when doing this type of treatment yourself. It will lighten with with future washes and conditioners, also while trying to change one color may alter/change the other.
I would not do anything else to your hair. I'd make an appointment with your hair stylist.
