Lightening Skin?

I'm working under the sun almost 7days a week. My skin is dark and I want tips on which products I can use to make my skin light in complexion without any harm from the sun.

Only chemicals can immediately lighten it, but start using a sunscreen and wear long sleeves and a hat to prevent it from getting even darker. It will lighten back up over time.

Lemon juice can lighten up dark spots, but is drying. If you want to lighten your whole complexion, you are best advised to go to a dermatologist.

There are home remedies for lightening your skin but no one thing should be used on a continuing basis (over several months) so whatever you try be sure to only use it 2 or 3 weeks (2 or 3 times a week) and then maybe try something else or stop treatment for a month to give your skin time to rest and recuperate.

Aloe vera is a good safe skin lightener that can be used often as it is also good for moisturizing.
Aloe Vera gel will lighten the skin, if applied daily to the affected area. It also helps cleanse and nourish the skin. Apply fresh aloe vera gel on the affected skin areas before going to bed. In the morning, wash the skin thoroughly.

When in the sun, wear a hat, long sleeves and long pants as much as possible. Use sunscreen with SPF 30 (preferably with zinc oxide) for outdoor protection.

If you work out in the sun and your skin has darkened it is best to wear a sunscreen at work. You can also protect your skin with light weight long sleeve shirts. The summer is almost finished in most areas so you won't be exposed to so much sun soon. For now, use a lot of moisturizers on your skin and do what you can to limit the amount of sun you receive each day.

Products to lighten your skin can be harmful if used for long periods of time. I live in Tahiti and I am in an organic garden most of the day. I use an oil called Temanu Oil to help hydrate and repair the damage to the skin from the sun. Wearing a sunscreen is also important and should be used daily.

Try grating raw potato and using that on your face, let it sit for a bit, then wash it off.

You'll want to exfoliate your skin. Also wear SPF, protective eyeglasses, cover your face, long sleeve with cool dry fit technology clothing if you can!
