Ingredients:

Steps:

  1. Clean and cut fish into about 4" pieces.
  2. Cod Fillet in package
     
  3. In a bowl add salt, turmeric powder, sugar, pepper, sesame oil and mix then spread onto the fish.
  4. In a pan on high heat, add vegetable oil and smashed garlic until golden brown. Then, add fish and cook on each side for 5 minutes.
  5. Cod Fillet frying in pan
