I'd like to change my living room curtains to gray. My kitchen, is gray and white and can be partially seen from LR. The attached photos are the 4 LR green walls. I may change wall color in future to an off white. All suggestions will be appreciated.

If you get off white walls, that will allow you to have a more daring choice of curtains.
I don't think gray would work well with this green provided. Also, by grey what do you mean? A lighter, ash colour or a very dark grey?
With walls like these I would stick to a lighter colour with some warmth. Maybe a cream.
The green is beautiful. Leave one wall green and paint the others a light gray.
