I just purchased a charcoal grey sectional for my condo. I am having light brown laminate floors put in. I don't know what color the walls should be from the entrance into the living room which will also include my dining area. It is small with an open floor plan. The dining room furniture is dark brown with black specs as is the living room 3pc table set.

Maybe a nice shade of olive green
You can't go wrong with off-white
you definitely need a light color-a would go with a very pale blue/grey
Is there any COLOR in the room.seems very neutral to me!
Your charcoal grey, brown and black are neutral colors. I would suggest thinking about using your favorite color in a lighter hue. Posting photos would help with suggestions.
This is a question of personal preference. I will give a little suggestion though. If most of your furniture, flooring, and such is neutral colors, try a splash of your favorite color. Maybe go with a lighter shade of a favorite (like a blue, green, yellow, gray, etc.Whatever your favorite might be) and then with throw pillows or other room decor, add a bold splash of color that makes the contrast of color pop.
