I am looking for a good recipe book for microwave/convection oven cooking.

If you're looking for inexpensive microwave cookbooks try your local thrift stores. Also, your local library may have some cookbooks on the shelves. Another idea is to go to the website for your microwave, perhaps you can download the owner's manual that will have recipes in it.

You might want to try to head over to Bookmans on Country Club and Southern in Mesa. I've found tons of cooking books there and for a fraction of new book prices. You can even call them and ask if they have microwave recipe books and have them put them on hold for you. Good luck. (06/09/2008)
