I'm trying to find this doll. I haven't had any luck finding the manufacturer or her for sale anywhere?

She may be a Connoisseur Collection Doll by Seymour Mann. She has the look and they often came with plushies with them--I am venturing to say she was from the mid to late 1980s.
I am not 100% sure that is (brand wise) who she is, but that is a start. It looks like there is a number of N007 on the picture so maybe if a seller is savvy, he/she/they will use that notation.
I did a reverse image of her and there is a person who is suspended from Pinterest who has several images of her on his/her page. I personally would not contact someone suspended from a website, but that is totally up to you--it is risky because you have no idea why they are suspended.
Trying to find her for sale is going to be like finding a needle in a haystack. Some sellers may not even know her brand (and are too lazy to find out) so you may have to just spend a few hours browsing through Etsy and eBay and she may pop up. I would do searches with a varity of words--daisies on dress, doll with plush bunny, a search with her height and eye color, a search with her height and eye color, even as broad as vintage porcelain doll.
Post back if you learn more.
It will be very difficult to identify your doll with just this picture.
If you can supply more information maybe someone can help.
On image search the only pictures show her on Italian sites but information is not available.
I have listed a few dolls that seem similar but that is the best I can do with just the information supplied.

If you dont know the manufacturer it is going to be very hard to locate it. You could try researching at dollreference.com. dollreference.com/
There are ways to try and identify a dolls maker and origin . If this a generic doll , that is mass produced it would often have a number , or no number. The number often means where this doll ranked in production (amount of this same doll).
