I am looking for a Williamsburg gold (not yellow or metallic) gingham plaid wallpaper. The squares need to be 1". Does anyone know where I can find this? I have seen every other size and color, but not this combination. Your help would be appreciated.
Thank you.

Here are some sites for discontinued wallpaper www.insidefabric.com/
You could possibly also find it on ebay.
In general though apparently wallpaper manufacturers only produce and keep a pattern for only 5 years and they keep very little stock on hand. So this is a very tough proposition indeed. www.wallpaperboulevard.com/

Any discontinued wallpaper is difficult to find and usually, if found, it is due to diligent - constant searching on Google, eBay, Etsy, and media sites as it is very rare a store or warehouse will keep discontinued papers anymore. Most of the places in my area have big sales and what is left is donated to a thrift store so they can take full price credit (taxes).
Your pattern will be even more difficult to find as you say there are several versions which can get very confusing.
Do you have any stores in your area that carry Williamsburg paper? If so, they may be able to help you find a pattern number which might help when searching or when asking about reserves.
I have found discontinued wallpaper for people but not lately and it takes hours of research and making telephone calls.
The only way that I found papers was by getting to know one dealer and getting a list of stores/businesses that carried that brand. Then I had to call or email each store and ask about that pattern/number. This is a very slow, tedious undertaking and I only did this when a 100 year old house was being restored to its original state.
You can always take some pictures, decide how many rolls you want, post your wanted ad on Facebook, Facebook marketplace, Craigslist (local & nationwide), USA4Sale (local & nationwide) and any other media site you find. This may not work without a good picture and description as well as pattern number.
If you are familiar with eBay you can do a search for your wallpaper and then request to be notified if anyone should list that pattern in the future.
There are sites that say they have discontinued patterns so you might want to check any of those first.
