Medicaid considers all household income. If you go over the limit, you will lose it.
It is important that you go to your state's Department of Health or Department of Human Services or the organization who manages your Medicaid program ASAP so you can get their exact rules and regulations and know the time frame of any potential changes in your world so you are not without coverage.
At least in my state, there are criteria other than income that affect qualifying...including if you are pregnant.
If you have children you will want to see if the will qualify for Medicaid or an SCHIP program.
The best way to find your local office is to put into Google your state and the phrase Medicaid Contact.
Look for the official site...usually has .gov in the name DO NOT USE ANY LISTINGS that appear to be ads or from private companies...only talk to the state official office.
Good luck and blessings on your marriage!
Benefits of Medicaid and qualifying for Medicaid are different in each state so you will have to ask your question at wherever you applied for coverage in the beginning.
