Loss of Power to Outlets?

The outlets in 2 rooms quit working I did the flipping of the breakers, main and all, and found none were flipped. I have a 240 cook stove that has not had full power since hooking it up last year. It also lost power to the bottom heat element core. This all took place in the last six days. Should I check the wiring to my 240 for back lash? I am desperate! This is a new problem. It has been some time since a breaker has flipped. The upper 1 or 2 breakers to 50 amps, flipped 3 yrs ago. I have 3 items on 240.

It seems as if you have a lot of issues. If I were you, I would call an electrician. These sorts of things are nothing to fool around with. Your house could catch fire because of faulty wiring.
