There are many online recipes but always remember to check the nutrition facts so you will know if it is not only low calorie but also nutritional. All of these facts can tell you not only calories but the amount of protein, fats, etc.
Greek Yogurt is used in the majority of low-calorie dips because it is the overall favorite base for low-calorie dips. Actually, you can start with Greek Yogurt and just ad one or two of your favorite spices and be ready to go. Everybody has favorite spices - garlic or onion powder are favorites of many people.
Substitute yogurt or sour cream or mayonnaise in any recipe with an equal amount of either soft tofu or cooked white beans. Puree in food processor to achieve creamy consistency and add seasonings of choice.
