My service animal, she's a boxer mix has this on her left side right behind her leg. I'm worried, it appeared within a few days.

All pets are precious but a service animal is a special animal to their owner and you should not take a chance with something like this.
I'm sure you have a regular vet and since the virus problems began many vets have started using online visits instead of office visits for problems that may not be serious. These visits can let a vet see the animal or pictures and they can make the determination as to whether an office visit is necessary.
You might want to see if your vet is using this service but maybe not for this problem as they may have to do a biopsy.
It is probably best to make an appointment soon as things like this can change rapidly.
Most lumps are fatty tumors and are benign, meaning not cancerous. But fewer than half of lumps and bumps are malignant, or cancerous. And they can look the same from the outside. Without a vets expertise or test results, it's difficult to tell.
Contact a vet and tell if the lump appeared suddenly; whether its shape, color, or size has changed; whether the dogs behavior is different (their appetite or energy level, is different).
You need to take her to the vet. Boxer's are known for getting tumors that are fast growing. My sister raises them and has had several with tumors.
You depend on her and she of you. This needs to be checked by a Vet, and there maybe be help. There are places that give help/discounts to service animals. Here is a Vet link - pocketsense.com/
Anytime a pet or in this case, a service animal, gets any type of growth or even is off their feed and makes you concerned, get the animal to the vet ASAP. We are not vets and only your vet can diagnose the problem. Good luck.
