Yes this type of a lump on the dog can be very dangerous and I would be worried about this for sure. If you don't have the money you can try to seek some help from an animal shelter in your area. At times they have a vet at the shelters that can help out. If not work with a vet in your area to have the dog checked out and see if they allow you to make monthly payments.

Yes, vets can be expensive, but I strongly urge you to get you pup in to be seen as soon as possible.

Ask the vet if they have a payment plan (some do if you ask) or if you are a senior, as for a senior discount.

Some animal shelters and rescue services have vets that work on reduced rates--contact one of those if you can't get a discount from your regular vet.

While most lumps and bumps are nothing, something of this size is concerning.

Prayers for the pup. Please post back with an update.

Your pup needs to see a Vet right away. Check with your local humane society or local dog rescue groups. They often know of Vets who will work with you. Start a savings program for your dog. put a little money away each payday. It is just not possible to have a pet without funds for a Vet occasionally. Good luck.

I believe that this needs to be looked at.. Go online and Google (Spot low cost animal clinic) also most humane society do have free clinic or sliding scale. When you're moving the lump around doesn't move under the skin or does it stay where it's at if it moves then it could be dangerous if it stays where it is then usually it's just a fatty lymphoma but you do need to get it looked at because it could be very serious especially that large I wish you luck.
