It has a good battery, new solenoid, and starter switch. It will crank when I jump the solenoid, but there is no current to gauges and spark plug.

This is a cable problem on the mower. One of the wires from the carb or the starter that goes to the wiring harness or chassis on the side of the mower is defective. You will need to test these with a volt meter to determine which one is bad. Then change out this cable. Also check the spark plug and make sure it isn't bad or just change it out.
