MTD Riding Mower Won't Restart?

I have a one year old mower that was working well, then shut off. I cleaned plug, changed gas, cleaned everything, and charged battery and it still won't start. It is getting gas and is getting spark. The model is 13AM772S000. I am pretty handy with some things and have all tools needed. Thanks.
