How do you neutralize the salt in macaroni salad?

I never put salt in my macaroni salad. I figure there is enough sodium in all the other ingredients that I put in it other than the natural items.
I didnt either. But it still tastes salty to me-I think its the Mayo. since Im older I notice it more
Add some vinegar. Or try addind sweet relish and mustard. Just don't go overboard as it will be too sour.
I would make some more macaroni and add more fresh ingredients to help absorb some of the salt. You might need to add more dressing but make sure anything you add doesn't have any salt.
Worst case scenario, you could rinse the dressing and salt off the other ingredients and redress the salad.
