This is a super economical, great tasting dish with an Oriental flair.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. wide noodles (cooked)
- 2 lb. hamburger
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 2 large onions
- 1 can chow mien noodles
- 1 green pepper, finely chopped
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
Directions:
- Fry meat and onion together until brown.
- Add soup and cook slowly for one hour, until mixture is thick.
- Put buttered noodles on a large platter. Pour over this, the meat mixture.
- Place a border of raw green pepper around meat.
- Place mushrooms on top of meat.
- Make a border of chow mien noodles around the edge of all.
